1. General Provisions

5. Content Posting

Users are responsible to the Service for the legality, ownership of rights, accuracy, etc. of posted content.

10. Governing Law and Jurisdiction

Japanese law shall be the governing law for the interpretation of these Terms.

If a dispute arises regarding the Service, the Tokyo District Court shall be the court of first instance with exclusive jurisdiction.
